Mr. Robert "Bob" Edelman is a Managing Director with Hillworth Bank Partners. Prior to joining Hillworth, Mr. Edelman founded and ran Edelman & Co., Ltd. since 1994 which served community banks in the Midwest. Mr. Edelman has completed mergers and acquisitions, buy-side and sell-side engagements, branch transactions, and mutual to stock conversions throughout his extensive career. Prior to founding Edelman & Co., Mr. Edelman worked at Kemper Securities in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and in Chicago, Illinois.
He has completed numerous transactions in the financial services, insurance, food retailing, manufacturing, and communications industries. He graduated first in his class from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Columbia University.
Mr. Edelman is licensed with the Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a General Securities Representative (Series 7), a General Securities Principal (Series 24), a Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63), an Investment Banking Representative (Series 79), and as an Operations Professional (Series 99).
